By creating an account with The Velvet Club, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines. Read carefully — we enforce them.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account with The Velvet Club. We verify age at signup and may request additional verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
Every profile, message, and event has a Report button. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can report harassment, fake profiles, non-consensual content, minors, spam, or any other guideline violation.
You can block any member instantly and silently from their profile or your chat. Blocked members can no longer see your profile, message you, or interact with your content. Blocking is one-tap and reversible from your settings.
Violations of these terms or our community guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban — at our sole discretion. Severe violations (minors, non-consensual content, threats, doxxing) result in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
The Velvet Club has zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, unsolicited explicit content, kink-shaming, or discrimination of any kind. Direct messages unlock only after mutual interest — if someone didn't open the door, you cannot knock.
Be truthful in your profile, respect every member's consent and boundaries, never share or screenshot another member's content, and never solicit money, illegal services, or commercial activity. What happens in The Velvet Club stays in The Velvet Club.
